4:35 PM: UPDATE

Law enforcement has concluded its investigation and determined that the object in question was a non-hazardous object. The campus will remain closed while emergency equipment is removed. Dismissal will continue via the parking lot off Sanderson and Mustang Way.

3:20 PM:

This afternoon, staff discovered a suspicious package on campus. The package was located in a non-student area utilized for storage. Staff responded quickly to evacuate surrounding areas and notified law enforcement. Law enforcement is investigating the package; however, the package has been relocated to an area that interferes with regular drop-off and pick-up zones. To secure the campus and minimize foot traffic during the investigation, the campus is currently on lockdown and will be evacuated via the service road on Mustang Way at Sanderson, on a delayed dismissal schedule.

All after-school activities have been canceled. Buses may run late.
