Moreover, Dr. Mitchell’s enthusiastic approach to public education and passion for serving children and families are in direct partnership with our district’s mission to Embrace, Educate, and Empower; Every student, Every day.

Dr. Mitchell was hired in conjunction with the launch of a new division, Improvement and Analytics. This division, led by Dr. Jennifer Martin under her new title of Assistant Superintendent of Improvement and Analytics, will play a key role in supporting the work that we are engaged in to improve student learning outcomes throughout our district.

As a school district, we are excited about the growth opportunities that will be available as a result of this new direction and we firmly believe that these leadership transitions will support the continued growth and success of our students, staff, and families.
