Mrs. Aracely Garcia Barron is a valuable Harmony team member and is most deserving of the honor of Friday Faculty Focus for Elementary Schools. She works with our students providing extra support both academically and socio-emotionally. Mrs. Garcia Barron is a natural with children and staff members as she is caring and knows the value of building relationships. She effectively creates and maintains effective positive learning environments for students she serves as she supports the classroom teacher. Mrs. Garcia Barron knows the importance of staff collaboration when planning for individual student differentiation, appropriate behavioral management plans, as well as individual academic needs.
Mrs. Garcia Barron, is a positive and dynamic staff member. While she is currently an Intensive Behavior Intervention Assistant IBIA, she is looking forward to her residency teaching program with HUSD for the 2022-2023 school year. She will be an outstanding teacher.
